Job Duties
- Operate band saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications
- Operate production machinery as needed to support manufacturing operations
- Use a sit-down forklift to pull, transport, and stage raw materials
- Return unused materials to designated storage locations
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate material records
- Process production and inventory documentation in the ERP system
- Monitor material flow to support upcoming production schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills for ERP system data entry and paperwork processing
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous band saw operation experience required
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Machine operating experience in a production environment
- Inventory control and cycle count experience
- Ability to accurately stage, track, and organize raw materials
Physical Capabilities
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Operate forklifts and industrial equipment safely
- Perform repetitive material handling tasks
