Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Options: Day Shift, 6:45 PM – 7 AM or Night Shift, 6:45 AM – 7 PM | Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation

To Get the Job You Need (Extrusion Operator Requirements):
- High school diploma or GED - trade training helps too
- 3+ years of plastic extrusion experience
- Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit
- Quality-focused with an eye for detail
- Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
- Safety-conscious and solid with the team
How You’ll Spend Your Shift (Extrusion Operator Job Duties):
- Power up, set up, and run machines during your shift
- Troubleshoot problems as they pop up
- Perform quality checks on products and parts
- Do routine adjustments and small repairs
