With a strong reputation and consistent patient demand, they continue to grow while staying rooted in what matters most - providing personalized, patient-centered care.

The practice offers a full scope of services, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid dispensing, tinnitus management, implantable devices (Cochlear, Advanced Bionics, MED-EL), and veteran-focused care such as C&P exams. Their approach is simple: every patient is unique, and their care should reflect that.

Located in Cleveland and Athens, Tennessee, this opportunity offers a welcoming, close-knit community with a lower cost of living, an ideal environment for someone looking to build both a career and a life.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options

Requirements:

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program
Eligible for or holding an active Tennessee audiology license
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing practice environment
Flexibility to provide coverage between the Cleveland and Athens, TN, locations as needed (approximately 25 miles apart)

Benefits:

Salary plus bonus potential $95,000-$105,000
Health benefits
Paid time off
Retirement plan
Continuing education, licensure, and professional association support
