About the Role:
As a Midnight RN at Spring Mill Health Campus, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, including:
- Assessing and developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents on the night shift
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or physician
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
- Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:
