Housekeeper

Spring Mill Health Campus Is Seeking a Housekeeper Help us create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents! At Spring Mill Health Campus, we value every team member’s contribution. As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our campus while making a meaningful difference in our residents’ daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize resident rooms
• Clean and sanitize resident bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Clean common areas, including dining rooms, public restrooms, hallways, and offices
• Empty trash and properly dispose of waste
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
• Follow infection-control, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Interact with residents, families, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Healthcare or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Passion for helping others
• Excellent customer-service skills
