Job Description:
Looking to make extra cash for the holidays? We are hiring reliable Seasonal Production Workers to join our team for the busy holiday season. In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing and packing operations during our peak season.
This is a fast-paced environment where attendance and dependability are essential to meeting our daily production goals.
Peak Season Hours: 36 to 48 hours per week, particularly during peak volume from Black Friday through the week before Christmas. Overtime pay applies where eligible.
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Paid Mandatory Training: Up to 4 hours per day on the Day Shift for the first two weeks of employment (regardless of final shift assignment).
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, packing, labeling, and sorting of products on the production line.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure high quality and standard compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet hourly production quotas.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company operational policies.
