The Essentials at a Glance Pay: $18.15 / hour (Paid Weekly!)

Location: McGregor, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (No night shifts, weekends free!)

Responsibilities:

What You???ll Do Work alongside a supportive team on the assembly line to build precision, high-quality products.

Follow step-by-step assembly guides, visual instructions, or schematics.

Use basic hand and power tools with care and accuracy.

Spot-check parts and finished assemblies to ensure top-notch quality standards.

Keep your work area tidy, safe, and running smoothly.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Hands-On Focus: You have strong hand-eye coordination and good attention to detail.

Physical Capability: Comfortable standing on your feet for an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 35 lbs throughout the day.

Background: High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly background is great, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
