Responsibilities:
- Lead quality operations for tire and wheel assembly.
- Ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Monitor defects, scrap, rework, and returns and drive corrective actions.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and quality documentation.
- Resolve customer and supplier quality issues.
- Lead continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Train and supervise quality inspectors and production staff.
- Support quality requirements for new equipment and process changes.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Education: High School Experience: 60 months
- 5+ years manufacturing quality experience.
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with tire, wheel, automotive, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of quality systems, inspection, and Lean/Six Sigma.
