Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 7am-7pm, Production Worker position in Allenwood, PA. The pay rate is $20.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. Job Description:

Come join our team in Allenwood, PA! In this job, you will help pack, box, and move finished food so it is ready to ship to grocery stores. If you want steady hours, regular days off, and a friendly team to work with, this is a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Check pasta bags for the right weight, add correct labels, and seal them shut.
• Pack sealed food bags into shipping boxes neatly and fast.
• Stack boxes onto wooden pallets and wrap them tightly with plastic wrap.
• Run packing and factory machines safely after we train you.
• Enter simple numbers and production notes onto computer screens or paper sheets.
• Look over bags to make sure labels are straight and packages do not leak.
• Switch between different stations during the day, such as packing, sorting, or helping teammates.
• Keep your work table clean and follow all food safety, hand-washing, and plant rules.

Education: No formal education required.

• PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
