Spherion Staffing is hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a manufacturing machine shop in Wichita Falls, TX! Work schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM, but must have availability until 4:30pm for overtime depending on production needs.
Responsibilities:
Prepares and cleans products to be painted Applies various coatings to products Maintains an orderly and productive work area Works from directions given on job packet Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes Performs other duties as assigned to accommodate changing work load
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Able to read and follow blueprints. Ability to work in non climate controlled environments Ability to wear PPE for duration of shift
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience of mixing 2-part coatings of various types. Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing and cleaning products to be coated. Experience in using pressure pot and spray equipment.
