The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for training, advancement, and pay increases based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders accurately and process transactions at the register
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and support shift operations
- Assist with restocking supplies and basic closing/opening duties as assigned
