Currently hiring an experienced Quality Control Manager for a fabrication shop in New Albany, IN. • Oversee daily quality control, inspection, and quality assurance processes.
• Review finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Help identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Ensure quality procedures and standards are consistently followed.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Fabrication Shop Quality Control Manager Qualifications

• Previous quality control/quality assurance experience in a fabrication shop environment.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong understanding of inspection and quality control processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
