The Bar Security is responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff. This position enforces venue policies, monitors guest behavior, checks identification for age verification, and assists in preventing or de-escalating conflicts to ensure a positive guest experience.

Greet guests upon entry and check identification to verify legal drinking age

Maintain a visible, professional presence throughout the venue

Monitor patron behavior to prevent disturbances or unsafe activity

Intervene calmly and effectively in verbal or physical altercations when necessary

Escort unruly or intoxicated patrons from the premises safely and professionally
•
Support bartenders and staff by maintaining order around bar and seating areas
•
Ensure entrances, exits, and fire lanes remain clear and accessible at all times

Conduct routine checks of restrooms, outdoor areas, and other public spaces
