Bartender

Job Duties:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and fulfill drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Monitor drink quality and portion control to ensure consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Follow proper alcohol service, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Communicate and coordinate with front-of-house staff and management to address any concerns or incidents
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory as needed
• Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws, health codes, and venue policies
• Uphold professionalism and integrity at all times

Schedule:

• 3--4 Days/Week
• 12:00PM -- 7:00PM

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior bartending or beverage service experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and mixology techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable, energetic, and able to multitask under pressure
• Basic understanding of responsible alcohol service and local liquor laws
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
