📊 What You'll Do
As an Accounting Manager / Controller at Seaside, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and Contoller operations
- Ensure AR, AP, payroll, cash management, and related processes are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare and present financial reports in a clear, easy-to-understand format
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Coordinate with outside tax and accounting professionals
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements
- Help improve processes, systems, and controls as the company grows
- Serve as a trusted financial resource to leadership

🧠 Requirements
- 2–3 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience
- 2–3 years of management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing required)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Employment credit checks may be conducted only for designated positions in which credit information is substantially job-related, including positions involving significant fiduciary authority, control of company funds, or access to sensitive financial information.
