Job Description:
Seashell Logistics Inc. is hiring motivated Delivery Runners (Jumpers) to assist delivery drivers on daily package routes in Grand Junction!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hr (based on experience and performance).
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x pay rate ($24.00/hr) starting after 8 hours worked in a shift.
- Monthly Bonus: Eligible for monthly safety bonuses.

Work Schedule:
- Shifts begin at 7:00 AM and continue until the end of the day's route.
- Assignments are posted the night before via team GroupMe chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help driver organize and load delivery vehicles prior to dispatch.
- Ride in delivery vehicles to assist drivers with sorting, scanning, and delivering packages to residences/businesses.
- Assist driver with locating, identifying, and confirming address details.
- Help clean and refuel company vehicles at the end of shifts.
- Maintain clear communication with the delivery team throughout the day.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check for FedEx approval.
- Follow FedEx guidelines for professional appearance and uniform compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced physical environment.
