Job Description:
Seashell Logistics Inc., an independent contracted service provider operating under FedEx, is hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers in Grand Junction! We are seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our team.
Compensation & Perks:
- Guaranteed Daily Rate: Starting at $160/day based on 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule:
- Shifts start at 7:00 AM until route completion.
- 4 to 5 shifts per week (Monday – Saturday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages weighing up to 150 lbs (must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain safe driving practices according to Federal, DOT, FedEx, and Seashell Logistics standards at all times.
- Complete pre-shift/post-shift vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) and maintain assigned company vehicles.
- Communicate effectively via GroupMe to update route progress throughout the day.
- Maintain professional composure, courtesy, and respectful communication with customers and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must pass required background check and qualification renewal requirements.
- Must comply with all Federal, DOT, and company driving guidelines.
