Maintenance Technician As part of our Team, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, service, and repairs in all areas of business, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, machine/pump servicing and electrical work. We are seeking individuals that take pride in their work.

Experience Facilities maintenance and repair skills. Safety and regulation compliance.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong knowledge base in plumbing, carpentry, painting, C-store equipment, fuel systems, and electrical repairs and maintenance. Ability to organize work and develop accurate schedules

Reaching with arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and. Must be able to do heavy lifting.
Body Senses Sight, hearing, speech and smell.
Mental:
Mathematics Must be able to perform basic math calculations, read and calculate with measuring devices
Language Ability to read, speak and write English
WORKING CONDITIONS: Variety of settings, including all retail locations indoors and outside. Organizes jobs and takes ownership of projects
Procures parts as needed or directed by supervisor
Develops and implements a preventative maintenance program for all retail locations.
Researches, develops and recommends efficiencies and cost saving measures to ensure company profitability, including equipment repair, replacement etc.
Ability to operate on a budget
Effective communicator with vendors, contractors, personnel.
Understands the value of labor and cost of downtime
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Effective time management
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background check must be satisfactory.
- A pre-employment drug screen must be passed.
