We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and oversee underground pipe crews on construction projects. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise pipe crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. 2. Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and materials. 3. Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. 4. Oversee the installation of underground piping and utilities. 5. Maintain productivity, quality control, and job site organization. 6. Communicate effectively with project management, superintendents, inspectors, and crew members. 7. Ensure compliance with job site safety requirements and company policies. 8. Identify and address job site issues to keep projects moving forward. 9. Maintain accountability for crew performance, workmanship, and daily progress. Qualifications: 1. Prior experience as a pipe foreman or in a similar leadership role is preferred. 2. Strong knowledge of underground pipe installation and construction practices. 3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans is preferred. 4.
