We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to operate construction equipment in support of underground pipe installation and site work. Responsibilities: 1. Safely operate excavators and other applicable construction equipment. 2. Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading as required. 3. Assist pipe crews with underground pipe installation and related activities. 4. Work closely with foremen and laborers to maintain safe and productive operations. 5. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. 6. Follow project plans, site requirements, and established safety procedures. 7. Maintain awareness of underground utilities, site conditions, and surrounding personnel. 8. Help maintain equipment and job site organization. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience operating construction equipment on pipe or underground utility projects is preferred. 2. Experience with excavators and other relevant construction equipment. 3. Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in coordination with a pipe crew. 4. Understanding job site safety and excavation practices. 5.
