Join Our Client, an industry leader driving innovation! We're hiring a Senior Demand & Inventory Planner (Hybrid). Requires 5+ years in demand/inventory planning, strong analytics, ERP experience, and cross-functional leadership to optimize inventory & e-commerce growth.

responsibilities:
- Own the consensus demand forecast across all channels and product categories, incorporating sales trends, seasonality, launches, and e-commerce growth assumptions.
- Establish safety-stock targets, reorder policies, and service-level expectations to balance product availability against working capital and excess stock risks.
- Monitor supply metrics, projected stockout dates, and backorders early enough to recommend buy quantities and receipt timing to Supply Planning.
- Create e-commerce demand scenarios, monitor early selling behavior, and maintain inventory-risk dashboards for product launches and expansions.
- Lead recurring category and inventory-health reviews with leadership to communicate financial implications and align strategy across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning, or supply-chain analytics.
Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel capability with hands-on experience using ERP and demand-planning platforms.
Strategic Influence: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and influence cross-functional teams.
