responsibilities:
- Complete daily safety inspections, perform risk assessments, and oversee EHS compliance for large-scale site construction and facility expansion projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS policies, emergency action plans, and ISO 14001 certification standards.
- Facilitate incident investigations, root-cause analyses, management of change processes, and progress tracking for preventive and corrective actions.
- Conduct EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and stand-downs to motivate teams and drive a strong safety culture across all organizational levels.
- Participate in regulatory inspections, third-party audits, and environmental data reporting to ensure strict adherence to OSHA and EPA standards for Our Client.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5+ years of progressive work experience in a dedicated safety or environmental role.
Technical expertise in OSHA and EPA regulations, manufacturing processes, hazard testing equipment, and EHS management within large-scale construction projects.
Preferred certifications and credentials including CSP, CHST, OSHA 10/30-Hour, First Aid/CPR/AED, and experience developing EHS training programs.
