Warehouse Fulfillment Associate Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet client specifications. You will work across diverse operational environments - including temperature-controlled zones - utilizing warehouse technology and software to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment following standard operating procedures (SOPs), immediately reporting any safety or sanitation hazards to supervision.
- Embody company values: Caring, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, and Trust (CHART).
- Adhere to "Quality First" standards by maintaining accuracy across all daily operations.
Warehouse & Shipping Operations
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders simultaneously per client specifications across ambient, refrigerated, and freezer temperature zones.
- Technology & Equipment: Utilize RF scanners, pick-to-light systems, carton sealers, scales, postage equipment, and WMS software to navigate, pick, and visually verify item numbers, lot numbers, locations, and quantities.
- Shipping & Inventory: Prepare packages for shipment, apply packing materials, perform cycle counts to verify WMS inventory, and process shipments through carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS) including End of Day procedures.
Flexibility & Team Engagement
- Work dynamically across diverse operational areas, including Receiving, Pick Modules, Kitting, Shipping, Returns, DEA, and Small Order Distribution (SOD).
- Complete mandatory, documented onboarding and job-specific SOP training.
- Support team development by assisting with new employee training and completing additional tasks assigned by management.
