What You Will Achieve
- Drive seamless operations by preparing and submitting business filings with state agencies accurately.
- Support client success by retrieving essential corporate documents and tracking order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
- Build robust relationships by communicating effectively with clients, state offices, and vendor partners.
- Optimize daily workflows by managing Registered Agent, Virtual Office, and Service of Process (SOP) tasks.
- Collaborate with a vibrant team, sharing your expertise to train new members while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
Your Core Skills
- Essential: High school diploma (or equivalent) with demonstrated computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems.
- Essential: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Essential: Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Essential: A positive, customer-centric attitude with reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
