Recruiting Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their collaborative team. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition efforts and ensuring an efficient, seamless candidate experience from start to finish. This is a temporary, hybrid position expected to last at least 3 months, based out of their Woodbridge, Virginia office. If this sounds like a fit for you, please apply here.

salary: $27 - $29 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Review and screen existing applicants in ADP across all locations.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and driver ride-alongs with our hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and communicate next steps.
• Work with HR on MVR checks, background checks, DOT requirements, and onboarding.
• Update applicant statuses in ADP and provide regular recruiting progress reports.
