Responsibilities
Account Management & Order Processing
- Account Setup: Establish new customer accounts and maintain accurate records within our database/CRM.
- Order Entry: Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders and service requests in a timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with practical solutions, following up to ensure full resolution and high satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Go above and beyond to build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
Communication & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Client Interaction: Respond to inbound phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Team Coordination: Work seamlessly with sales, logistics, warehouse, and technical personnel to coordinate orders and solve issues.
- Data & Policy Guidelines: Provide clear, accurate information to clients while following company guidelines and procedures.
