Qualified candidates will have experience utilizing hand and power tools for assembly, following work instructions, and have experience with basic mechanical and electrical assemblies. Responsibilities
- Mechanical & Electrical Assembly: Assemble devices with the hand / power tools, soldering wired, installing coils, wire harnesses, and foam padding into housings and bed inserts according to standard work instructions.
- Quality & Testing: Conduct visual and basic operational quality checks on assembled goods to ensure proper workmanship, seam strength, and wiring integrity.
- Material Preparation & Staging: Organize sub-assemblies, track batch parts, and stage raw materials at the workstation to maintain production flow.
- Packaging & Shipping Support: Package, label, and box finished units for outbound distribution. Assist with refurbishing or cleaning returned equipment as needed.
- Shop Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workbench and assembly floor.
