salary: $27 - $29 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Process inventory and service invoices across domestic and international suppliers verifying unit pricing, quantities, delivery receipts, and purchase orders
- Support day-to-day general accounting across AP, AR, GL, and Treasury under US GAAP and IFRS guidelines
- Assist with month-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L schedules, and fixed asset/inventory tracking
- Monitor AP aging schedules and outstanding supplier balances to assist leadership with cash payment forecasts and working capital planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business administration
- Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data structuring)
- Hands-on accounting experience within a manufacturing plant or industrial facility
- Working knowledge or exposure to SAP (SAP FICO) or similar tier-1 MRP/ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with sales & use tax, corporate tax, or property tax regulations
