Inventory ClerkQuest International | Irvine, California Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour DOE Employment: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Location: Irvine, CA - 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Department: Operations About the Role Quest International is hiring an Inventory Clerk to support warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations in Irvine. You will help receive, organize, track, pick, pack, and prepare products and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Pay Levels Level I - $18.00–$19.50/hour Best for entry-level candidates or candidates with limited warehouse experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level warehouse, stocking, shipping, receiving, retail stockroom, or related experience
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
- Strong reliability, organization, and attention to detail
Level II - $19.50–$21.00/hour Best for candidates with about 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or order-fulfillment experience
- Experience with shipping labels, packing slips, inventory records, or warehouse systems
- Experience receiving products into inventory locations
- Ability to pick, pack, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
- Strong accuracy and time-management skills
Level III - $21.00–$22.00/hour Best for experienced inventory or warehouse candidates.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of directly relevant warehouse or inventory experience
- Strong inventory control and cycle-count experience
- Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or shipping systems
- Experience resolving inventory or shipping discrepancies
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate inventory records
- Strong shipping, receiving, and order-fulfillment experience
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store products and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Enter inventory transactions into company systems
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts
- Support shipping and receiving
- Resolve basic inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Compensation
Starting level and pay are based on relevant warehouse experience, inventory knowledge, systems experience, demonstrated skills, and ability to work independently.
