On behalf of our Digital Marketing client, Procom is searching for a Website Publisher w/ QA for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.
Website Publisher w/ QA - Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Content Author will focus on publishing QA for Schwab public websites, primarily supporting high-volume business-as-usual publishing in Drupal. This role involves building and updating pages, performing quality checks, applying accessibility standards, and supporting release readiness, with a key focus on the Austin market initially.
Website Publisher w/ QA - Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and update public-site pages in Drupal using approved components and templates.
- Enter and format content, links, metadata, and page elements according to approved source materials.
- Manage content through established review, approval, staging, and release workflows.
- Perform self and peer QA to verify content accuracy and compliance with publishing requirements.
- Apply accessibility requirements and remediate content-level accessibility issues.
- Support release-readiness reviews, launch validation, and post-release verification.
- Prepare content for publishing or transition, including inventory review and restructuring.
Website Publisher w/ QA - Mandatory Skills:
- Experience publishing and maintaining content for enterprise websites.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal or a comparable CMS.
- Experience building web pages using reusable components and templates.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive web design, and SEO principles.
- Understanding of digital accessibility requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with content owners and technology teams.
Website Publisher w/ QA – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Sanity or another headless CMS.
- Experience supporting large-scale website modernization or content transition activities.
- Experience with structured, modular, or reusable content.
- Experience working within regulated review and approval processes.
- Familiarity with user-centered, mobile-first, and content-usability practices.
Website Publisher w/ QA – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month position.

Website Publisher w/ QA - Assignment Location:
Austin, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in office.
