What you’ll do
- Assembly & Packaging: Assemble, fill, cap, and package health, wellness, and cosmetic products (creams, energy gels, liquid nutrition).
- Line Operations: Perform repetitive assembly line tasks, rotating through production steps as assigned.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect products, packaging, and connections for proper fit, quality, and accuracy.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow strict cGMP hygiene, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshooting: Resolve minor line errors, address basic issues, or promptly report machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
- Documentation: Maintain a clean workspace and complete basic quality control forms and inventory reports.
What you need
- High attention to detail, punctual attendance, and a strong safety mindset
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform continuous hand movements, and repeatedly lift 10 to 50 lbs
- Basic English reading and verbal comprehension
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced cGMP environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise
Nice to have:
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills (strongly preferred)
