Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and support the outbound warehouse team to ensure daily shipping targets and accuracy standards are met.
- Safety First: Enforce all safety policies, conduct routine safety checks, and maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize inventory for outbound shipments.
- Outbound Workflow: Oversee picking, packing, staging, and loading processes for outgoing freight, ensuring documentation and counts are accurate.
- Daily Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations Management to address workflow bottlenecks, daily goals, and inventory movements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Forklift Certification/Skill: Demonstrated proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
- Safety Mindset: Strong, uncompromising commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
- Dependability: Ability to work the full Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) consistently and reliably.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials as required in a standard warehouse setup.
