What You’ll Be Doing As a General Laborer, you will keep our production moving safely and efficiently:
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and organize production materials across the shop floor.
- Assembly & Fastening: Use basic tools to insert and secure bolts, screws, rivets, and hardware.
- Prep & Finishing: Clean and prep parts for painting, with hands-on opportunities to perform spot welding operations.
- Skill Expansion: Get cross-trained on specialized processes - including learning powder coat painting!
- Shop Upkeep: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized for smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven track record of reliable attendance, job longevity, and an excellent work history.
- Strong team player willing to jump in and assist other departments as needed.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills on the job.
