We are seeking a hands-on and organized professional to oversee daily maintenance operations and support the reliability, safety, and appearance of our facilities and equipment. - Lead, schedule, and support maintenance team members in completing preventive and corrective work
- Prioritize maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of equipment and facility issues
- Oversee routine inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to complete repairs and projects efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities
- Support compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Train team members on proper maintenance practices, tools, and safety expectations
- Assist with budgeting, parts ordering, and inventory control for maintenance supplies
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and provide practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, operations, or a related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and follow through on multiple assignments
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with team members, vendors, and leadership
- Working knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation, scheduling, and work order tracking
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to urgent issues
