At Poco's, the bar is at the center of the action-driving happy hours, daily drink promotions (like half-price margarita nights), and lively weekend crowds heading into our comedy shows. You will prepare high-quality handcrafted cocktails, pour draft beers, serve dining guests seated at the bar, and support the service well for our floor staff during peak rushes. ### ### Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare classic cocktails, craft beers, wine, and Poco's signature handcrafted margaritas quickly and accurately according to house recipes. 2. Provide welcoming, attentive hospitality to guests seated at the bar, taking food and beverage orders and making personalized recommendations. 3. Manage service-well tickets efficiently to keep drink orders flowing smoothly for dining room servers during high-volume rushes. 4. Verify guest identification rigorously to ensure all patrons meet legal drinking age requirements, strictly adhering to Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) and RAMP standards. 5. Monitor guest consumption attentively and practice responsible alcohol service at all times. 6. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar environment, including washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and organizing liquor and draft lines. 7. Manage bar prep and inventory: prep fresh garnishes, juices, mixes, and restock ice, beer, and liquor bottles before, during, and after shifts. 8. Accurately ring up drink and food tabs, process cash and credit card payments via the POS system, and reconcile shift drawer balances. ### ### Qualifications & Requirements 1. Experience: At least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, busy bar, or event venue preferred. 2. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (mandatory for dispensing and serving alcohol in Pennsylvania). 3. Certifications: Current PA RAMP Server/Seller certification strongly preferred (or required to obtain within 30 days of hire). 4. Drink Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, craft beer styles, tequila/spirits, and proper pour standards. 5. Skills: Excellent speed, multitasking, and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure. 6. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and move continuously for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift up to 30-50 lbs (cases of beer, liquor boxes, and ice buckets). ### ### Benefits & Perks 1.
