We provide a supportive, high-energy, and welcoming work environment where team members can thrive. ### ### Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and guest-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. As a Server at Poco's, you will be the face of our hospitality, guiding guests through our Mexican-inspired menu, signature margaritas, and daily promotional specials. You will deliver attentive, friendly table service in a fast-paced setting across our dining room, bar areas, and event nights. ### ### Key Responsibilities 1. Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions regarding food items, signature margaritas, and daily specials. 2. Accurately take and input food and drink orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. 3. Deliver food, drinks, and accompaniments promptly while verifying order accuracy and presentation. 4. Check back with tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction, refill beverages, and meet guest needs. 5. Pre-bus and clear dishes, glassware, and utensils to keep dining areas clean and organized. 6. Present itemized checks, process cash and credit card payments accurately, and return change or receipts promptly. 7. Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth shift operations and guest flow. 8. Assist with opening, running, and closing side work (rolling silverware, restocking server stations, light cleaning, setting tables). 9. Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and state regulations regarding responsible alcohol service. ### ### Qualifications & Requirements 1. Experience: Prior food and beverage serving or hospitality experience preferred; energetic individuals with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 2. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (required for serving alcoholic beverages in Pennsylvania). 3. Availability: Flexible schedule with availability for evening shifts, weekends, and select holidays. 4. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask in a busy dining room and event setting. 5. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, carry food trays, and lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed during shifts. 6.
