Qualifications Include: \~ Ideally, 4+ years of customer service experience, project coordination, or a supervisory role within the automotive, construction, or related trades industry; equivalent experience or education will be considered. \~ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally. \~ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities. \~ Proficient with computer systems and software. \~ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \~ Motivation to learn and grow within the organization.
