With over 1,500 customers, 92% retention, and $225+ billion in treasury movement annually, OSV helps organizations maximize their Workday investment and operate it with confidence. Payroll, benefits, and finance solutions - all in one place.

The Procurement Director is responsible for designing and implementing OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures. This role owns the end-to-end source-to-pay process and leads vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost-savings initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures
Own the full source-to-pay lifecycle: sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding
Build and manage a vendor/supplier management program, including performance scorecards and risk assessment
Partner with Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to review and negotiate contracts (SaaS, professional services, etc.)
Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives across the vendor portfolio
Establish procurement systems, tools, and reporting to give leadership visibility into spend
Develop and enforce purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authority
Report on procurement KPIs (savings, cycle time, compliance)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, including experience building or scaling a procurement function
Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience with procurement/P2P systems
Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating cross-functionally with Legal, IT, and business leaders
Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings
Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment

You are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team. We reward innovative thinking, fresh perspectives, creative collaboration, and hard work. As an organization experiencing routine strategic growth, we are always on the lookout for intelligent, talented, and forward-thinking professionals to join our team. OSV employees enjoy a values-based culture, upward mobility, and professional development with opportunities of all kinds.
