A local restaurant in Hazelhurst, MS, will open soon and immediately need a skilled Restaurant Manager/Shift Lead. This position is full-time/part-time scheduled to be confirmed. **Education: ** High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in hospitality or business preferred. Experience: Two or more years in restaurant operations; including supervisory or shift-lead responsibilities, preferred. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise service and bar staff; help coordinate schedules, shift assignments and training. - Oversee guest experience, food and beverage quality, service pace, and issue resolution. - Monitor POS, guest checks, cashless payments, daily sales, and end-of-shift procedures. - Help track supplies, communicate staffing needs and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. - Coordinate with the chef on service readiness and uphold upscale hospitality standards. Key Skills: Leadership, coaching, customer-service-recovery, scheduling, problem solving, and Toast/POS familiarity. Age/Credentials/Trainin g Must be at least 21 to act as manager of an ABC-licensed alcohol-serving premises; food safety training preferred. Pay discussed at interview.
