Bartender

A local restaurant in Hazelhurst, MS, will open soon and immediately need a skilled Bartender. This position is full-time/part-time scheduled to be confirmed. **Education: ** High school diploma or GED preferred; bartending education or equivalent experience a plus Experience: At least one year of bartending experience preferred, including mixed cocktails and busy service. Job Responsibilities: · Prepare and present signature cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks. · Follow One Flame recipes, portion controls, garnishing and presentation standards consistently. · Check identification and comply with Mississippi alcohol-service laws and restaurant policies. · Operate Toast POS, handle payments and coordinate drink tickets with restaurant servers. · Restock, sanitize and organize the bar, monitor inventory and complete opening/closing duties. Key Skills: Cocktail knowledge, quick service, accuracy, guest engagement, responsible service and strong organization. Age/Credentials/Trainin g Must be at least 21 years old; responsible beverage-service training preferred. Pay discussed at interview.
