WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: * Ensure billing timeliness and accuracy * Validate invoicing in 3rd party systems are accurately recorded * Engagement with project finance to facilitate lien activity, lien releases * Handling customer correspondence required to enable payment (bills of landing, project management verifications, etc) * Completing and updating information in project summary files to assess past dues * Working with external customers on past due receivables * Accounting project work researching and reviewing data with internal partners * Support efforts among internal groups on Percentage of Completion file processes * Collaborate with internal teams to identify and successfully implement operational improvements YOU HAVE: * Associate degree or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years in an accounting, accounts receivable or other accounting role * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. * Proficient in using software and tools, such as ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and Excel. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Driven to deliver outcomes, with high flexibility and work autonomy.
