Job Description As our Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for verifying that our products strictly adhere to build specifications and quality standards, ensuring flawless performance before they reach our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare product buildings for performance testing by setting up test workstations and verifying electrical safety measures. Conduct electrical performance testing with precision, ensuring compliance with our Trachte Compliance Control (TCC) System. Review construction drawings and complete structured testing sequences for various electrical components. Use instruments such as volt/ohmmeters to test circuit continuity and electrical compatibility, ensuring safety and compliance. Document successful completion of tests and troubleshoot any identified performance deficiencies. Coordinate immediate corrective actions with the Lead Electrician, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly. Assist with post-testing activities, including labeling and preparing materials for transport. Train and instruct team members on installation policies, standards, and quality expectations.
