Monitor robotic loading and unloading operations to ensure proper part orientation, cycle completion, and production efficiency.
Inspect finished components and verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements while maintaining close tolerances.
Study and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, manuals, specifications, and sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, setup requirements, and machining sequences.
Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on materials or workpieces as required.
Detect equipment malfunctions, robotic faults, or out-of-tolerance machining conditions and make appropriate adjustments within authorized capabilities.
Perform basic robotic troubleshooting including recovery from faults, adjustment of program offsets, sensor verification, and end-of-arm tooling inspections.
Communicate equipment, robotic, or quality issues to supervisors, engineers, maintenance personnel, and production support teams.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, automation optimization projects, and cost reduction efforts.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and lifting devices for movement of materials and finished products as required.
Maintain equipment, robotic cells, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily inspections on CNC equipment and robotic systems.
Follow and enforce all Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
