Address customer complaints, including ensuring thorough investigations, assignment of corrective and preventative actions, and communication to internal and external stakeholders. Attain new business through the development of superior customer relationshipsanddemonstratedunderstanding ofourassets\'capabilities.Maintain athorough understanding ofour performance during new product trialsand a willingness to share information that helps the team advance its skillset and capabilities. Protect Mativ\'s business bycomplyingwithany external certifications, performingauditsand conducting routine reviews to manage risksand drive continuous improvement.Serveas thecentral pointof contact for multi-site certificates. Support the evaluation,approvaland monitoring ofthirdpartycontract manufacturing partners and suppliers. Support the evaluation and onboarding of new business and product changesbymeeting all quality and regulatory requirements, such as quality agreements, product specifications, validations, and supplier and supplied material qualification.
