Position Title: Manufacturing Associate Location: Neenah, WI Mativhasopenings for Manufacturing Associates within our Neenah Paper Mill.Employees are paid double time for hours worked on Sundays. The shift differential is 26 for 2nd shift and 52 additional for hours worked on 3rd shift. Starting pay is \$30.89/hr. Employees work Mon-Fri with O.T. scheduled as needed. This position will train on 8 hour shifts following a rotatingshift schedule and will transition to 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. DESCRIPTION Mativhasopenings forManufacturing Associates to work on our Paper Machine at the Neenah Mill. These positions work in the bottom jobs within the mill and then move up in the progression as positions open. Manufacturing Associates will work as 4th Hands, Helpers in stock prep and on our Laminator. Employees must be able to work 8-12 hr. rotating shifts, overtime and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Essential Functions include: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
