Akkodis is seeking a Keynote Taker for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will capture and synthesize key insights from fast-paced keynote presentations into clear, actionable summaries and accurate documentation. Rate Range: $60/Hour to $64/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Keynote Taker Responsibilities include:
- Capture and document keynote presentations in real time with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create clear, concise executive summaries highlighting key insights, action items, and takeaways.
- Produce and edit detailed transcripts, ensuring correct terminology, acronyms, and proper nouns.
- Align spoken content with presentation materials such as PowerPoint or Keynote slides for contextual accuracy.
- Record audience questions and speaker responses during Q&A sessions.
- Format, proofread, and deliver finalized documentation within established post-event deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in transcription, technical documentation, note-taking, or content summarization.
- Strong proficiency in Java REST Web Services and Selenium, with the ability to accurately capture and document technical discussions.
- Excellent listening, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
