Mo's Pub is looking for an experienced, customer-focused bartender to join our team. We're seeking someone who enjoys building relationships with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering great service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Support servers by preparing service-bar drinks efficiently.
- Learn and promote menu offerings.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Verify IDs and comply with Michigan liquor laws and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience strongly preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
