Line Cook

Mo's is looking for a dependable and hardworking line cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Setting up and stocking the line before each shift.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary work area.
• Following food safety and proper food-handling procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours.
• Communicating and working well with the kitchen team
• Assisting with prep work, dishes and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-pased environment.
• Strong teamwork and communications skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and safely left up to 50 pounds.
