This position pays $23.50 per hour, including the shift premium, and offers the opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills. No manufacturing experience? That's okay. We're willing to train dependable individuals who are motivated to learn. What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production presses.
- Load, unload, and prepare parts throughout the production process.
- Inspect products for quality and appearance.
- Trim, sand, buff, polish, and finish parts as needed.
- Assemble and package finished products.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Use hand tools and production equipment.
- Work with your team to meet production expectations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
