- Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a growing team? MasterMold is looking for dedicated Warehouse Material Handlers to support our production teams by managing raw materials, supplies, and product staging.
- 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, hand jacks, and pallet handling equipment
- Receive, handle, and stock incoming materials and supplies
- Stage parts and product to meet production demands
- Follow work instructions and adhere to all safety protocols
- Maintain knowledge of customer standards for proper loading/unloading
- Handle materials with care and precision to avoid damage
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of related experience
- Must be reliable and organized with strong math skills
- Certified forklift operator or willing to be certified on the job
- Team-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s license for forklift operation
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable with standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and using hand tools
- Will work in a warehouse environment near moving machinery and variable weather conditions
